Privacy Policy

Sales Floor Pro is operated by Kerr Digital Marketing, LLC, based in Colorado, United States. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what control you have over it.

The short version

  • Your account and your customer records are visible only to you.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not show you advertising.
  • We do not use your customer records to train AI models.
  • You can delete the account and its owned/subject-linked live data. PII-minimized operator audit evidence, if any, is retained separately.
  • Most of what the app stores is information you typed in about your own customers — so the section on your responsibilities matters.

Information you give us

Starter Pilot applications

Applying asks only for your name, email address, and an optional dealership name. Separate unchecked choices cover product research, bounded product analytics if you later receive an account, and product update emails. Applying does not create an authentication account. Unlinked applications expire from the live database after 90 days; withdrawn applications expire within 30 days, and the private link can be used to export or delete the application sooner.

Your account

An email address and password are required to sign in. We also store the display name, dealership name, home state, and monthly unit goal you enter in settings. Authentication is handled by Supabase, including the multi-factor authentication required to use the app; we never see your password.

If you ask to reset your password, we send a single-use link to your email address for that purpose. Resetting a password does not remove two-factor authentication.

Customer records you enter

The core of the app is a follow-up list you build. For each customer you may record a name, phone number, email address, vehicle of interest, follow-up dates, a consent state, and free-text notes. You choose what to enter. The app does not import contacts from your phone, your dealership’s CRM, or any outside source on its own.

This information is about other people, not about you. Please read your responsibilities below.

Deals and pay

If you use pay tracking, we store the deal records and pay-plan settings you enter: customer labels, gross and commission amounts, unit counts, bonus and washout details. This is your own earnings information. We do not report it to your dealership or to anyone else.

Referrals, reviews, and gifts

We store the referral, review-request, and gift records you create, including the labels and notes you attach to them.

Connected accounts

If and when you connect a social account, we store the connection details needed to keep it linked, and the posts you draft or schedule. We do not read your personal social activity.

Information from people who are not users

Some links you send out open pages that anyone can visit without an account:

  • A referral page where someone can introduce a friend to you. We store what they submit so it reaches your referral list. The page shows only your name and dealership — never your contact details.
  • A review request page opened from a one-time link.

Information submitted through those pages belongs to your account and is visible only to you and to us as the operator.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and database providers keep standard operational records — IP address, timestamps, browser and device type, and error diagnostics — for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

First-party product analytics

During the approved pilot, Product Analytics is available only to approved accounts whose applicant separately opted in. You can turn it off immediately in Settings. When enabled, we collect bounded events such as which page template or feature was used, whether a short session heartbeat was active or idle, a broad mobile, tablet, or desktop category, and an application version. We use this only to understand whether the product works, which features are useful, and where errors occur.

These events never contain customer or deal records, names, email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle identifiers, dollar amounts, notes, searches, messages, field values, query strings, or raw URLs. We do not monitor global typing or arbitrary clicks, fingerprint a device, persist an offline tracking queue, or use a third-party analytics SDK. Turning the setting off stops new product-event collection immediately.

How we use information

  • To provide the app: your queue, deals, referrals, and reminders.
  • To authenticate you and keep accounts separated and secure.
  • To investigate errors, abuse, and security incidents.
  • When enabled for an eligible pilot account, to measure aggregate product use and reliability.
  • To answer you when you contact support.
  • To meet legal obligations.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • We do not share your data with other users or with dealerships.
  • We do not use your data or your customers’ data to train AI models.
  • We do not run advertising networks or third-party ad trackers.
  • We do not send marketing messages to the customers in your list. The app helps you reach out; it does not contact them on its own behalf.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Google Cloud — application hosting.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional account emails, such as address confirmation and password-reset messages.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the public, or us. If the business is ever transferred, we will tell you before your information moves under a different privacy policy.

Payments

Sales Floor Pro does not currently charge for subscriptions and does not collect or store card numbers or bank details. If paid features launch, payments will be handled by a payment processor that receives those details directly, and this policy will be updated before that happens.

Your responsibilities

When you enter a customer’s name, phone number, or email into Sales Floor Pro, you are asking us to store information about someone else. In that arrangement you decide what is collected and why, and we process it for you.

You are responsible for:

  • having a proper basis to hold that person’s information, and following your dealership’s policies and your own agreements;
  • following the laws that govern contacting people — including consent and do-not-call rules for calls and text messages. The app has a consent field for each customer; keeping it accurate is up to you;
  • keeping notes professional and relevant. Please do not store government identifiers, financial account numbers, credit applications, or health information in notes — the notes field is not built for that;
  • responding to a customer who asks you what you hold about them. Email us and we will help you find or remove it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Every table enforces row-level security so one account cannot read another’s records, and that boundary is covered by automated tests. Sensitive actions require a fully authenticated session, and multi-factor authentication is required. Backups are encrypted.

No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep your records for as long as your account is open, because the app is a history of your work. Deleting a customer, deal, or referral in the app removes it. When an account is deleted, its records are removed from the live database, and encrypted backups age out on their normal retention schedule.

While Product Analytics is enabled, subject-linked raw events are retained for 180 days. Aggregate, de-identified feature totals may be retained longer so historical product trends remain comparable. Deleting your account removes its subject-linked raw events, sessions, preferences, and pilot rollups; anonymous aggregate totals cannot be linked back to your account.

Deleting your account and your rights

You can delete your account yourself in Settings. It removes the account and its owned or subject-linked live records, and it requires your authenticator code so that a stolen password alone cannot close it. If the account performed protected operator actions, immutable audit evidence keeps the former actor UUID snapshot but no live account link; those records are not part of product data and cannot block deletion. Settings also has a Download my data export, so you can take your records with you first — once deleted, they cannot be restored.

If you would rather we did it, email justin@salesfloorpro.app from the address on your account. There is no charge and you do not have to give a reason.

You can also ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • give you a copy of it;
  • correct it;
  • delete specific records rather than the whole account.

Depending on where you live — including under the Colorado Privacy Act and California law — you may have additional rights, such as appealing a decision we make about your request. We apply these rights to everyone who asks, wherever they live. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. Contact us at the address above and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Children

Sales Floor Pro is a tool for working salespeople and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Where data is stored

Our providers store and process data in the United States. If you use the app from elsewhere, your information will be transferred there.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date below and notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Sales Floor Pro after that means you accept the updated policy.
